Introducing Grosse Ile's newest subdivision -- Wyandot Woods, proudly named after the Wyandot of Anderdon Indians, one of the original Native American tribes to settle the island. Our new single-family residential custom homes can be built according to your plans or ours. We require that all homes have brick or brick/stone frontage with a first floor wrap and side load garages. Minimum square footage requirements are 2,000 sf for ranch style or 2,500 sf for 1 1/2 or 2 story homes. These requirements help preserve both the character of the community and your investment.
