Dear Charlie and Rob,
Thank you so much for the professional way you handled the
construction. This was by far the best experience I have had
working with a contractor.
I had my office done with another contractror approximately 10
years ago. They were often late and many times they would
just not show up and I had to track them down.
The experience I had with (Baird and Lowler) Chuck and Rob was
nothing less than excellent. The job was done on time.
You were never late. The job site for the remodel was always
clean. Often times, you would work thru the night. That
enabled me to keep the office open. The quality of work was
excellent and you worked with me with any changes I wanted.
Approximately 2 years ago, I had you back to repair the power
walls. You gave me several different options to fix it and
your recommendations. To my surprise, your recommendation was
the least expensive (and least profitable) option.
You guys are honest, hard working, and do excellent work and are
prompt. I would highly recommend you to others. If I
ever need a contractor again, I would not hesitate to call you.
